Atmosphere Burj Khalifa Minimum Spend, Dress Code, Dinner Experience and More

We decided to visit one of the highest restaurants in the world – At.mosphere Restaurant in Burj Khalifa.

If you are visiting Dubai and planning to visit the At.mosphere restaurant then you must read this blog till the end as you will be surprised to know the rule of a minimum spend, dress code, and more at the Atmosphere Burj Khalifa Restaurant.

Arrival to At.mosphere Restaurant in Burj Khalifa

The approach towards the Burj Khalifa is a treat in itself, which is easily accessible by car/taxi, metro, or walking. If you are visiting the Burj Khalifa for the first time, you can check out my blog on it.

We decided to drive to the Burj Khalifa which you can find easily on any navigation app and there is free valet parking once you arrive. The drive up to the Burj is absolutely breathtaking and it’s impossible to capture the entire building in one shot.

The staff at arrival are very polite and welcoming and offer to park the car for you so you can get ahead with enjoying your visit.

Once you’re through the front doors, you walk through the Armani Lobby, but if it’s your first time it’s worth asking for directions as you will need to take two different lifts to get to the Atmosphere lounge.

At.mosphere is the highest bar, lounge and restaurant in the world located on the 123rd floor in the one and only Burj Khalifa 🤩

Once outside the tallest building in the world, you are overwhelmed by the vast height. Entering the Burj Khalifa is something spectacular, you know you are in for a treat as you walk through the Armani Hotel and begin to make your way up to At.mosphere.

If it’s your first time, ask for directions to the front desk ☺️

The second lift that takes you from Ground to the 123rd floor is so fast that it feels likes you’re travelling through space and time.

After a few seconds, you feel your ears popping and before you know it, you’ve reached your destination, and the doors open to welcome you to the views of the downtown area, including the Palace, Dubai Mall, Souk al Bahar, and the water fountains through floor to ceiling windows. This is a great photo op – do it for the Gram!

Our Dinner Experience at At.mosphere Restaurant

The lounge offers a variety of beverages from wines, champagne to cocktails/mocktails and teas or coffees. They certainly do cater for absolutely everyone!

We decided to start the evening with a selection of cocktails and mocktails which were refreshing and fruity – these went down a treat ☺️ it’s hard not to smile when you live in the best city in the world 🌎

There was an impressive variety of food options at the lounge, so we opted to order a number of a few small plates and share these amongst friends in a mezze style.

As you can see from the photos, we were truly spoilt with a beautiful spread but it has to be said, the chef outdid himself with the vegan burger – it was dusted with fresh truffle and 24 karat gold 🤩 it tasted equally as good as it looked and it’s still a wonder why more people aren’t trying plant-based options 🌱At.mosphere are able to cater to all dietary requirements and they were particularly accommodating with their vegan options.

After dinner, we had to try the 24 karat gold cappuccino which was beautifully presented, it tasted silky and smooth.

Undeniably a treat of its own✨ this is priced at 160 Dhs which is about the same price to head to the viewing deck which is only 1 floor above At.mosphere.

If you had to choose between the tickets to head to the top of the Burj Khalifa viewing deck and a 24 karat gold cappuccino – the answer is always coffee 😀

If you’re a fan of desserts, you’re a fan of At.mosphere – the variety, presentation, and taste of all the desserts were incredible! 😍 One of our favourites was the chocolate brownie with white chocolate sauce and ice cream 👅 Every dessert was delicious but the brownie was definitely the winner of all desserts 🙂

Before we knew it, the evening was over and it was time to head home reeling over the wonderful evening, that we had spent with some friends and thoroughly enjoyed creating memories with.

What You Can See from At.mosphere Burj Khalifa?

As you enter the Atmospheres lounge, you’re guided to your table and pass more floor-to-ceiling windows offering a spectacular view of the city.

If you’ve had a bad day and need cheering up, head up 442m to this lounge and you will feel on top of the world – quite literally! 🙂

Our first experience of At.mosphere together as the #p2visitdxb team, was in the early evening mid-week, there was a lovely relaxed vibe in the lounge with a violinist moving around the entirety of the lounge whilst playing beautiful adaptions of the best love songs 🥰

We were just in time to enjoy another beautiful sunset, whilst looking out of the tallest building in the world to witness the colours in the sky changing, before our eyes the entire city lit up with magical colours 🌃

Some of the beautifully crafted landmarks that you can see from the lounge are:

  • The World Islands, another world record 🤯
  • The Burj Al Arab sitting proudly on the Persian Gulf 🤩
  • Dubai Marina is visible on a clear day, such a mesmerising view in the distance 😍
  • Meydan Stadium, that houses some of the most prestigious horse races in the world

Another reason to head to At.mosphere

Booking Recommendations

The management highly recommends that guests book at least 2/3 days in advance for regular seating and at least a week in advance for window seating.

Even we recommend that you make a booking in advance as last-minute bookings can sometimes be accommodated, but that isn’t always the case and should only be used as a last resort.

Menus at At.mosphere Burj Khalifa

At.mosphere Burj Khalifa is open at different intervals throughout the day, there are three menus (Breakfast and coffee in the clouds, Afternoon Tea and Dinner) in the lounge and (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) at the restaurant.

Here is the link to take you to their website to access the many different menus – www.atmosphereburjkhalifa.com

Dress Code

The dress code for the At.mosphere lounge and restaurant are both smart/casual. They have a strong policy against wearing flip-flops and open-toed shoes. We recommend dressing smart for your photo opportunities.
